Roxanne Starr is a comic book letter artist. She began working on the first issue of Flaming Carrot Comics in 1984 with Aardvark-Vanaheim lettering every issue until 1990. She joined Malibu Comics in the 1990s and worked on a few issues in their Deep Space Nine series. More recently she moved to Image Comics, and worked on a revived series of Flaming Carrot Comics.
