Rumall stock is a flavored broth used in cooking food.

In 2370, Gideon Seyetik served senior staff of Deep Space 9 a dinner of his creation made of one liter of clear Rumall stock, Kalo root, Waroon, Gremish, Vulcan redspice, Humat pods, ice salt and pepper. The recipe took years to perfect, and Chief O'Brien wanted a copy. (DS9: "Second Sight")
