Runara IV

Runara IV was a planet where the Kazon-Halik had a colony. When Maje Culluh of the Kazon-Nistrim temporarily captured the USS Voyager, he planned to annihilate the colony. (VOY: "Basics, Part I")
It is logical to assume the colony was therefore close to Nistrim space, although no specific reference was made.
