Lieutenant Russ A. English was a Starfleet officer during the Dominion War.
In 2374, Files from the starships USS Cochrane, USS Wyoming and Starbases 129 and 153 reported English wounded in action. A file from the USS Repulse reported him killed. (DS9: "In the Pale Moonlight")
English, named for production staff associate Russ English, appeared on the casualty report display seen on a computer readout in several episodes. It is unclear which was his home station.
