The SS Manila was a Federation transport in operation during the early 24th century.

In 2328, the Manila run included transporting Al Smutko to Delta Charnock IX, departing Purser's Planet. The starship also transported Dick Brownfield from Chronister II to Thomsworld Spaceport, and departed Balder's Planet destined for Epsilon West IV, with Mark Stimson on board.

By 2370, the ship's passenger manifest was available in Federation records. In that year, Lieutenant Commander Data accessed the manifest aboard the USS Enterprise-D. (TNG: "Inheritance")
