Saint Anne was a human female that lived on the planet Earth in the 1st century BC. According to Christian tradition, Anne was the mother of Mary and the grandmother of Jesus Christ.
Saint Anne was depicted in Leonardo da Vinci painting The Virgin and Child with St. Anne, which was also found among the relics in Kathryn Janeway's da Vinci holodeck program. (VOY: "Scorpion", "The Raven", "Scientific Method", "Concerning Flight")
