Science Station Delta-05

Science Station Delta-05 was a Federation outpost in sector 3-0. The outpost, based on a planet, was the first stop of the USS Enterprise-D's tour of the sector. The crew of the Enterprise-D determined that the outpost had been obliterated by an unknown assailant. (TNG: "The Neutral Zone")

The assailant was later identified as the Borg. (TNG: "Q Who")
