Science Station Tango Sierra was a Federation research outpost located in the Rachelis system.

In 2365, Doctor Hester Dealt traveled aboard the USS Enterprise-D with a highly dangerous transport container filled with many strains of plasma plague, brought aboard on 'aucdet IX, taking them to Station Tango Sierra for research to fight the outbreak of the plague in the Rachelis system.
