Sector 1385 is a region of space located in the Alpha Quadrant, in the vicinity of the Romulan Star Empire. Sector 1385 had no known shipping lanes.

In 2351, Sector 1385 was the location of three-year research mission conducted by the Romulan science vessel Talvath, under the direction of Dr. Telek R'Mor.

In 2371, the USS Voyager encountered a micro-wormhole in the Delta Quadrant which had a terminus in Sector 1385. (VOY: "Eye of the Needle")
