In the Operation Retrieve flipchart, Sector 21290 was a sector shared by the Federation and Klingon. A notable feature of this sector was the Neutral Zone. The starship USS Helin was assigned to a patrol of this zone in 2293. (Star Trek VI: The Undiscovered Country)
