Sector 22139 is a neutral region of space that contains a unique binary star system.

In 2368, the USS Enterprise-D conducted a routine mapping survey of the sector. During the mission it elected to transport a delegation of Ullians back to the nearby planet Kaldra IV. (TNG: "Violations")
