Seltin Rakal

Seltin Rakal was the leader of the inhabitants of the planet Meridian. Like the rest of her people, she existed in a state of incorporealism for sixty years at a time.

In 2371, she disapproved of Deral's decision to leave the planet to be with Jadzia Dax, but welcomed Dax when she chose to stay with the Meridians when they became incorporeal instead. (DS9: "Meridian")
