Shelby Leverington is the actress who played Chief Brossmer in the Star Trek: The Next Generation episode "The Next Phase". She has been active in movies and television since 1971.
Leverington appeared with Jennifer Edwards in the 1981 film S.O.B., and with Corbin Bernsen, Larry Drake, Bill Cobbs, Anne Haney and James Avery in the television drama L.A. Law in 1988. She also appeared in three episodes of Highway to Heaven with David Cowgill and Ken Olandt. In 2005, she appeared in the film The Island, along with Trek alumni Ethan Phillips, Noa Tishby and Kevin McCorkle.
