The Shiku Maru was a Federation starship in service at some point between the 2260s and 2368.

While under the command of Captain Silvestri, the ship encountered a Tamarian ship. Though the encounter remained peaceful, the crew of the Shiku Maru was unable to establish a contact with the Tamarians. (TNG: "Darmok")
