The Shivolians are a humanoid race native to the Delta Quadrant. The Borg have encountered this species, who they designate as Species 521.

A female member of this species visited the starship USS Voyager when it was docked at a Markonian outpost in 2376. (VOY: "Survival Instinct")

The back of a female Shivolian's head is indicated by Naomi Wildman and Seven of Nine in the episode, comparing other scenes, she can be seen to be a modification of the Voth make-up. This make-up can be seen in both red and green.
