Sorval

Commander Sorval, son of M'tokra, was the Klingon alias that Worf used when he and his brother Kurn boarded the IKS Drovana in 2372. They were there to obtain the detonation codes for a minefield that the Klingon Empire had begun to deploy around the Bajor sector. (DS9: "Sons of Mogh")

It is possible that Sorval was one of the Klingons seen in the Infirmary.
