Star Trek: Assignment: Earth is a five-issue comic mini-series featuring the adventures of Gary Seven. This is the third of IDW's "Second Stage" releases. Written and illustrated by John Byrne, the mini-series acts as a sequel of sorts to "Assignment: Earth". The first issue is set in 1968, with the other four issues each taking place a year after the prior issue.
A trade paperback was released in December 2008.
