Releases of Star Trek: Enterprise on DVD began in 2005.

Enterprise was the only Star Trek series to be released in DVD format during the same year that it was broadcast. For the first time in a Star Trek series set, the special features on these discs included deleted scenes, outtakes and audio commentaries.

Slimline versions of the seasons were released in Region 4 on 18 June 2008, and will be released in Region 2 on 28 July 2008.
