Star Trek: The Magazine was an officially authorized magazine published from April 1999 to March 2003 by Fabbri Publishing (US), the US arm of UK publisher GE Fabbri.

A total of 48 issues were published in 3 volumes - 24 in volume 1 and 12 each in volumes 2 & 3. In addition, several "special edition" issues sported multiple covers. The publisher also offered readers the opportunity to buy faux-leather dark blue cassettes, only obtainable from the publisher, for storage of the magazines, each cassette capable of holding 12 issues.

Each issue contained numerous interviews, reviews, and (in-universe) technical schematics and diagrams ("Briefings"). About one-third to one-half of each issue repackaged background features and artwork from the Star Trek Fact Files, published by the same company. The largely American-targeted magazine fulfilled the contractual niche in that country promised Fabbri after the Fact Files were sold everywhere worldwide except the US.
