Starbase 134 was a Federation starbase.

In 2369, the USS Hood underwent a major systems upgrade at Starbase 134. (TNG: "Brothers")

The Hood reference was not mentioned on screen, but rather was seen on a Starship Mission Status chart in the observation lounge during Star Trek: The Next Generation's run.

According to the Star Trek: Deep Space Nine Technical Manual, Starbase 134 was located at Rigel VI. It was home to one of Starfleet's many ASDB Integration Facilities and was a major production base for building Miranda-class starships and Type-15 and Type-16 shuttlepods.
