Starbase 247

Starbase 247 is a Federation starbase administered by Starfleet.

In 2370, Fleet Admiral Shanthi was stationed here. After the incident involving the USS Pegasus and an illegal Federation interphase cloaking device, the USS Enterprise-D headed for this starbase where a full inquiry would take place. (TNG: "The Pegasus")

In an unknown, alternate future timeframe, Admiral Riker was stationed at Starbase 247. (TNG: "All Good Things...")
