Starbase 416 is a Starfleet starbase not distant from the Ogus system. It contains advanced medical facilities capable of treating victims of cove palm parasites.

In 2367, the USS Enterprise-D rushed to Starbase 416 in order to treat young Willie Potts, who had accidentally ingested the cove palm fruit while on Ogus II. (TNG: "Brothers")
