Starbase 67 is a Federation starbase administered by Starfleet.

After being severely damaged by several quantum filaments in 2368, the USS Enterprise-D traveled to Starbase 67 to undergo repairs. (TNG: "Disaster")

A short time after, while the crew of the Enterprise-D was under Ktarian control, Deanna Troi and Geordi La Forge were supposed to spread the Ktarian game to Starbase 67. (TNG: "The Game")
