The Extended Tour Ribbon was a Starfleet decoration issued to officers and enlisted personnel who had fulfilled or exceeded an obligated tour of duty.

This award had been issued to many USS Enterprise-D and Utopia Planitia crewpeople, such as Anaanda Ziff, Darien Wallace and Bruno Salvatore. Walter Pierce had received the Extended Tour Ribbon with Cluster before his 2363 death. (TNG: "Eye of the Beholder")
