Stasis room

The stasis room was a section on Cardassian space stations next to the infirmary. It was where bodies were kept in stasis, and could be used as a morgue.

In 2370, Julian Bashir used the stasis room of Deep Space 9 to place the deceased body of Rao Vantika. (DS9: "The Passenger")

The term "stasis room" was used in the script for "The Passenger" and was not stated on screen.
