The Stegosaurus was an Earth dinosaur that lived in the Jurassic period.
Commander Charles Tucker III once mentioned to Lieutenant Malcolm Reed that he always wanted to meet a Stegosaurus, whereupon Reed stated that it would probably make a quick meal out of the commander. Nonetheless, this would have been impossible since, as Tucker corrected the lieutenant, Stegosaurus was a herbivore. (ENT: "Future Tense")
