Stel

Stel was the Chief Investigator of the Vulcan Security Directorate under Administrator V'Las.

In 2154, Stel investigated the destruction of the United Earth Embassy on Vulcan. He suggested that Syrrannites may have destroyed the embassy. However, evidence later showed that it was Stel who had planted the bomb, on the orders of V'Las of the Vulcan High Command. He was discovered by a mind meld that Soval used on one of the victims to identify the person who carried in the bomb. (ENT: "The Forge")

When Soval appeared before the High Command, he revealed Stel's part in the embassy bombing to show that the Syrrannites did not bomb the Earth embassy. V'Las answered that Stel was a Syrrannite and had been arrested. (ENT: "Awakening")

Stel was played by Larc Spies.

It is unknown what became of Stel after being used as V'Las' scapegoat.
