Stellar nursery

A stellar nursery is a nebula in which multiple stars are being formed. Intense ultraviolet light is often given off by the forming stars. Enterprise NX-01 charted a stellar nursery in 2151. (ENT: "Cold Front")
- In a line that appears in the script (but not the episode) of the Star Trek: Deep Space Nine episode "For the Cause", Captain Sisko asks Kasidy Yates if she took the Xhosa around the stellar nursery in the Panak sector.
