Stephen Blackehart (born 1 December 1967; age 42) is an actor who had two different background parts in the Star Trek: Deep Space Nine episode "The Dogs of War". He portrayed a Cardassian civilian during the bomb attack sequence and appeared as a Starfleet science officer aboard the USS Sao Paulo. The latter one was dubbed "Lieutenant Pa'ak" by Blackehart. [1] For both roles he received no credit.

Blackehart is best known for his roles in films such as Retro Puppet Master, Rockabilly Vampire and The Ghouls.
