Stilton was a type of cheese from England on Earth.

Malcolm Reed selected some of the aromatically strongest cheese, including Stilton, to present them to the Vissian Veylo, as she had called most other Earth food aromatically bland. While Veylo considered Stilton to be only a little spicier than others, Reed could not stand the smell. (ENT: "Cogenitor")
