Stone Publications was a 1950s publishing company owned by Mr. Stone. It owned and published issues of Incredible Tales magazine. (DS9: "Far Beyond the Stars")
The name of the company was not mentioned in dialog, but can be seen on the cover of Incredible Tales issues and on the entrance to the magazine's offices, upstairs in New York City's Arthur Trill Building.
