The Subytts were a spacefaring race, known to conduct trade with the Bajorans.

In late 2369/early 2370 they were involved in smuggling defective isolinear rods to Bajor. The truth was obtained after Odo arrested for interrogation the first officer and two crew members of a Subytt freighter. (DS9: "The Homecoming")
