Surak (shuttlecraft)

The Surak (VS 5047 61192259584-5) was a Vulcan long range shuttle that was in service during the late-23rd century.

In 2272, the Surak transported Commander Spock to rendezvous with the USS Enterprise from planet Vulcan when the Enterprise was sent to intercept V'Ger. (Star Trek: The Motion Picture)

The Surak was, of course, named for the Vulcan philosopher Surak.
