Tachyokinetic radiation was a type of radiation one would encounter while traveling through time.

In 2404 of an alternate timeline, Admiral Kathryn Janeway asked the Doctor for 2,000 milligrams of chronexaline. She needed it to protect herself from the tachyokinetic radiation from the chrono deflector she stole from Korath. She successfully traveled back in time to the year 2378 without any radiation sickness. (VOY: "Endgame")
