Taliyah was a Skagaran girl and descendant of the Skagarans who abducted Humans on Earth during the late 19th century and brought them to a planet in the Delphic Expanse where she lived.

Taliyah was one of Bethany's students, and was learning about Human/Skagaran history when the crew of the Enterprise (NX-01) visited the planet in 2153. (ENT: "North Star")

Taliyah was played by actress Alexandria M. Salling.
