Am I right in thinking it's "pah-wraith", not "pagh-wraith" ? I remember going over this before, and finding it was spelt without the 'g' way in the Encyclopedia. Alex Peckover 08:38, Aug 18, 2004 (CEST)
- You are correct - the page links were changed by an anon user. I have fixed them. -- Michael Warren | Talk 13:47, Aug 18, 2004 (CEST)
One the advantages of being a little hard of hearing is I get to read the closed captioned text and sometimes the subtitles (on the DVD series). In both cases, everytime the word is used, it is spelled p-a-g-h, not p-a-h. Just thought I'd toss that in for what it's worth.
- The closed captioning throughout Trek has many misspellings and inaccuracies which makes it tough to use as a basis for spelling article titles. Most, if not all, spellings are taken from the scripts. --31dot 23:04, 3 December 2007 (UTC)
- As to further prove 31dot's point, I can tell you that in the closing-credits for Star Trek VI: The Undiscovered Country, Nichelle Nichols (Uhura) was credited as Uhuru. and that I would like if someone could check i script and see how it is spelled. pagh/pah. --Rom UlanHail 23:17, 3 December 2007 (UTC)
