I removed the following link from the article just now because the page it links to does not exist (any longer?) on wikipedia.

Yep. After following some links on WP, it appears the page was deleted: see [1]. They deleted it with the intention of moving it here, but we deleted the page - ENT opening credits as it was a copyvio from WP. Go figure. ;-)
