Besides main power, starships, space stations or other vital devices also had emergency power, a so-called battery.

This line has gone uncited for 6 months. I am removing it, but it can be returned with a citation. --OuroborosCobra ^talk 03:41, 11 November 2007 (UTC)

I didn't restore the note, but I've added several citations of battery usage on starships, primarily the Enterprise. - Bridge 04:28, 11 November 2007 (UTC)
