I am considering removing the following line:

The pilot talk between Bashir and O'Brien was inspired by the "RAF Banter" sketch from Monty Python's Flying Circus.

The Monty Python skit was itself inspired by the real RAF banter from World War II. Do we have any evidence (production commentary, interviews, something) to say that the DS9 use was inspired by Monty Python, and not the real thing? --OuroborosCobra 02:38, 28 June 2006 (UTC)
