I think it should be noted that based on his rank and position, Bullock could be the then Chief of Staff, but I don't think its cited in dialogue. Federation 04:14, 13 April 2006 (UTC)

We don't know what his rank or position were in Starfleet, as we only saw the recreation. Its possible he didn't exist at all. This is far to much of an assumption. Jaz ^talk 04:34, 13 April 2006 (UTC)

Actually we do know that they were planning to infiltrate Starfleet and that they were using the names and faces of real people (eg Boothby), therefore it seems rather likely that he did exist. Otherwise, his rank was known (Full Admiral) and the role he was "training for" in the recreation, which was more than likely on par with the position he was to be assuming upon his theoretical transfer to Earth, while unknown exactly, was clearly "high ranking". --Alan del Beccio 23:44, 9 January 2007 (UTC)
