I went ahead and removed the following:

It consists into flying at maximum impulse power and then suddenly stop, confusing the enemy. The ship can fly around the enemy quickly and stops at one point, then open fire in somewhere unexpected, or can suddenly stops when attacked, confusing the approach vector at the enemy's sensors, between other uses.

I don't recall the maneuver ever being explained in canon. This appears to be a speculative explanation based on the name or something derived from a non-canon source. If it's the latter, it should be added as background/apocryphal information... as long as it cites the source it comes from, of course. --From Andoria with Love 03:55, 2 April 2007 (UTC)
