Should we include England and Scotland in this list? They are technically nations, albiet not soveriegn ones (under control of the United Kingdom). Also, the article states that these are former nation-states, and they have existed independantly at certain points in history. Jaz ^talk 18:41, 20 May 2006 (UTC)
