This is actually from VOY: "Projections", as I can remember him saying to the Doctor (about Tom Paris) "I modeled him after my cousin Frank". Although I can't remember if the plot allowed him to actually exist though... (and as a minor nitpick, as a cousin, his last name wouldn't be guaranteed to be Barclay) - AJHalliwell 22:32, 20 Sep 2005 (UTC)
