How can one Gul(Dukat) give another gul(Jasad) an order? – The preceding unsigned comment was added by UESPArules (talk • contribs) .

Dukat commands an entire Order while Jasad only commands a single ship. They both have the same rank, but Dukat's position gives him the authority. It's similiar to Janeway having command over Captain Ransom in "Equinox". User:65.185.148.131 10:42, 20 March 2008 (UTC)
