Talk:Kell Perim
From Memory Alpha, the free Star Trek reference
According to the credits, the conn officer in Insurrection wasn't Perim. It was a Trill by a different name.
- According to the credits, placed on page Star Trek: Insurrection, and as transcribed exactly (in this case) from the movie credits:
- "Stephanie Niznik as Perim"
- So, no: what you say is not true. --Gvsualan 04:18, 28 Jun 2005 (UTC)

Random note: She wasn't the conn officer, she was sitting at the ops station usually occupied by Data. Through most of the movie Geordi was in the Conn seat.

- Yes, she seemed to be Ops manager in Data's absence. Riker also took the Conn at one point, sitting where Geordie had and visibly controlling the ship (he ran his finger along the console and then we saw the ship rolling in the same direction).
Her role as an operation officer is also noted in the novel "the Battle of Betazed". I will go ahead and correct the main entry accordingly. --Sapient 04:59, 17 April 2007 (UTC)
- This page has been updated to explain the cause of this confusion. Wangry 08:54, 24 August 2008 (UTC)
