There are some links to this page indicating a 23rd-century Kelly served aboard the Enterprise, though there are no descriptive links. The Star Trek Concordance reveals Kelly was supposed to be the redshirt from "Devil in the Dark". However there are no links from that page and the character played by John Cavett is listed on unnamed personnel I assumed the name was not in the final episode? -- Kobi 20:20, 24 April 2006 (UTC)

He is credited as "guard" in the end-credits of "The Devil in the Dark", but he is definitely the guard who is described in the Concordance as "a guard killed by the Horta just before Kirk fires on the creature" under the entry "Kelly". His name must be from the script of the episode, I guess. --Jörg 10:02, 25 April 2006 (UTC)
