[edit] FA nomination

  • Kurn. User: EtaPiscium significantly expanded this article so it's now worth to be featured. --BlueMars 22:54, Dec 1, 2004 (CET)
    • Support. Good structure; everything that can be said is there. -- SmokeDetector47 20:06, 24 Dec 2004 (CET)

This nomination was never originally archived. So here it now rests. --Alan del Beccio 04:32, 30 January 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Kids

I think Kurn must have at least two daughters based on several lines from "Firstborn". 1)Worf has only one sibling, Kurn. 2) In this episode, it is stated that Kurn has no male heir. 3) Later K'mtar tells Alexander that he has cousins on Qo'noS that would like to meet him.

So these cousins must be Kurn's children and as he has no male heir, they must be girls. Kennelly 17:01, 9 April 2006 (UTC)

You're really stretching logic here, so if it's going in the article, I suggest italics or background info. Also, cousins are not necesarily first cousins. Jaz talk | novels 17:10, 9 April 2006 (UTC)
In addition, the word "cousing" might be have multiple meanings in Klingon culture, and could very well refer to relatives of Alexander's mother K'Ehleyr. - Ugliness Man 16:58, 6 February 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Should be Added to "Enterprise First Officers" list

In "Sins of the Father", Kurn is officially assigned as first officer of the Enterprise (in fact, Picard clearly says that Riker has given up the position for him). With that in mind, I believe that his name should be added to the list of "Enterprise First Officers" alongside others such as Spock, Riker, Shelby, and Data. Unfortunately, I do not know how to add him to that list. Perhaps someone who does know how can add him? Kyle C. Haight 12:15, 5 June 2007 (UTC)
