Talk:Malcor III
From Memory Alpha, the free Star Trek reference
- It is likely that the planet has a 29-hour rotation time around the sun.
I removed that on the basis that it is speculation. I don't recall the planet's rotation around the sun ever being mentioned. --From Andoria with Love 08:05, 15 December 2008 (UTC)
- I am putting it back, modified. While objects do not rotate around a sun (they revolve around a sun), there is a line which indicates a 29 hour day, or 29 hour planetary rotation (one day is a rotation, one year is a revolution):
- BEREL: "Cordon off this wing... I want security on his door twenty-nine hours a day... and I want this kept quiet.."
- The only equivalent phrase we use is "24 hours a day," so a background note suggesting the planet has a 29 hour day is not out of line, methinks. --OuroborosCobra talk 09:53, 15 December 2008 (UTC)
