[edit] Founding of the Martian Colonies
Quark mentions that a painting he’s auctioning was the inspiration for the Martian Colonies’ flag “in the twenty-second…”, just as the scene fades. He meant the 22nd century, I fancy. Does this ‘prove’ that the Colonies were established in 2103 as opposed to the 21st century (‘Terra Nova’), or did they just produce the flag in the 22nd? I myself think Utopia Planetia came first, then the Colonies 40 or so years later. – The preceding unsigned comment was added by Archer4real (talk • contribs) .
