I removed the following sentence:

In order to persuade Nilva to support Zek, Quark impersonated a female to seduce him.

This is incorrect. Quark underwent surgery to become a female after Ishka collapsed of a heart attack and was incapacitated. Because it was Quark's fault she suffered the attack, he was chosen to persuade Nilva of female rights. He was there to persuade Nilva to support Ishka and Zek, not to seduce him. --From Andoria with Love 19:04, 23 Dec 2005 (UTC)
